Who can use the HeyAll App?

HeyAll was created for anyone planning an event such as a wedding & event suppliers that work in the industry. Think of it as two apps in one, there is a login for suppliers & another for hosts. Both users have different functions to suit their needs, whilst still maintaining a seamless connection assisting with all communication and collaboration for the big day.

How will the app help event suppliers?

Hey All is the app that is going to make your life as an event supplier much easier. With just a few taps you can keep track of all your events and their details, chat with host and fellow suppliers in one chat forum, and stay up to date with the latest information about each event. The host's mood board and event schedule reflect in real-time, so you'll know exactly what's going on every step of the way. This app takes the stress out of scheduling. No more worrying about missing an event, double booking, or turning up at the wrong location or time. With Hey All you'll have a one-stop-shop for all your event info and updates, so you can spend less time wondering where you need to be and more time actually enjoying the events you put on your calendar.

 

How will Hey All assist hosts’s planning events

The main features of the App for the Host will allow a person planning an event to invite all of their booked in suppliers into one chat forum, create a schedule and mood board to share it with their suppliers, and keep track of their guest list and to-do list. This is going to help people who are planning events or parties be able to communicate with each other in a smooth way, create a visual guide for everyone involved with their event, and stay organized during the planning process.

Can Event planners use Hey All?

Hey All, is a great tool for event planners. If you are planning an event on behalf of a client, you can create a host account for your client and use that account to set up their host schedule and mood board. This will help you plan and coordinate for your client more efficiently than ever before!

Can you find and book Suppliers on Hey All?

For the first version of Hey All, we are focusing on a tool to use for the planning of your event, not to find or book suppliers. If you don't have any suppliers booked in right now, that's okay! You can invite them in to collaborate on your event when you start booking them in. In the meantime, you can start getting your guest list sorted and your mood board created so that when you have suppliers booked in and you invite them into your event, they'll know exactly what they're working with.

 

What if the app has glitches or is not working perfectly?

It's super important to us that our users have a great experience right from the start. If you find any bugs or glitches—or just anything that's not working quite the way it should be, please let us know by submitting a request through the Hey All Assist tab. We'll be glad to work out any kinks, so everyone has an awesome experience when they use Hey All.
